| Award Opportunity for Students |
Since 2000, the Association has conducted an education award program
open to any students undertaking Honours or Masters Studies
over a
calendar year. The award is open to an applying institution.
The award
along with a cash prize will be awarded at the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) conducted in March each year in Sydney.
Typically, there are two awards (dependent on the quality of
submitted papers) including a cash prize of $1,000 each. The two awards
may be split between Universities located in differing states for papers
based on the theme of “Excellence and innovative use of slag materials
in construction applications.”
All submitted papers will be assessed by our Technical Committee in
collaboration with various faculty staff and final notification will be
in Jan of the following year to the successful winners.
