AUSTROADS would like to advise you of changes to the administration of the Cementitious Materials Registration Scheme (CMRS).

Following agreement by the participating government agencies and the ATIC Management Committee, from 1st July 2026, the CMRS will be managed by Austroads, the collective of all Australian and New Zealand road transport agencies.

Bringing CMRS and ATIC activities under Austroads provides a nationally consistent governance framework, strengthens long-term stability, and ensures continued confidence for industry, road authorities and scheme participants.

We recognise the importance of the CMRS to the cement industry and want to assure you that continuity, confidentiality, security, and transparency are central to how Austroads is managing this transition with ATIC.

Any process changes and further updates will be provided as arrangements are confirmed.
